Biography
This string ensemble are a group of experienced musicians drawn from professional orchestras in the North of England including -
Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, BBC Philharmonic Orchestra, Manchester Camerata, The City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra
and The Scottish National Orchestra.
Established in 1998 they began to play for wedding ceremonies both civil and religious, civil partnerships and corporate functions in the form of Flute/String Quartets, Trios and Duos. This flexibility allows you to tailor your musical entertainment requirements to the accessible space, number of guests and available budget.
For your special day, they can provide the unique ambience that only live music can create. By blending the beautiful elegance of Flute & Strings, their repertoire ranges from the music of Bach, Mozart & Vivaldi to popular selections from current West End Shows, Classic hits, The Beatles and light Jazz.
They have built up their repertoire by arranging specific choices that clients have requested over the years and can perform your own personal choices enabling them to make each occasion unique. They aim to keep their musical repertoire up to date with new additions all the time.
All musicians working with this ensemble have received formal training at leading Academies and Colleges.
They have all gained experience playing with professional orchestras including The Halle, The BBC
Philharmonic Orchestra, The Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra and Northern Ballet Company.
